The next item on our property agenda is something to serve as an office so Deena can work from the property a few days a week. We found a 12×28 building with a loft, locally for a VERY reasonable price. The building has full spray foam insulation including under the floor. It also has electrical already installed.

This should be on site by Aug 10th, although an earlier date is likely.
